By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of fgdoc.com, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy in full. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use fgdoc.com. The platform is intended for professional business use only.

fgdoc.com provides a cloud-based document generation platform enabling users to create international trade documents including quotations, invoices, packing lists, sales contracts, customs forms, delivery notes, and credit notes. We also provide auxiliary tools such as a PDF Merger & Splitter.

• Service availability: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
• Feature changes: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will not remove core functionality for active paid members without reasonable notice.
• Third-party services: The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability or content of those services.

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. In particular, the Company Name (EN) cannot be changed after it is set — please verify it carefully before saving.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials with others.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at support@fgdoc.com so we can take protective action.
• One account per user: Each account is for the use of a single user or entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent membership limitations is prohibited.
• Account responsibility: You are responsible for all documents created and all actions taken within your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally.

• How it works: Each member receives a unique invitation link. When someone registers and purchases an annual membership using your link, they are counted as a successful referral.
• Referrer reward: For every 2 successful referrals, the referring member receives 1 year of membership added to their account automatically. There is no cap on the number of rewards that can be earned.
• Referee reward: Each person who registers using a valid invitation link receives an additional 1 month added to their membership at no extra cost.
• Qualifying referrals: A referral is counted as successful only when the referred user completes purchase of an annual membership. Free registrations or trial accounts do not qualify.
• No cash value: Referral rewards are credited as membership time only. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Programme changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time. Changes will not retroactively reduce rewards already credited to your account.
• Abuse: Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or any other manipulation of the referral programme is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earned rewards.

All data you enter into fgdoc.com — including company details, client information, product data, and documents — remains your property. You grant fgdoc.com a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content you upload or enter. We do not review or validate your data.
• No sharing with third parties: Your business data is never shared with, sold to, or made accessible by third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Uploaded files: Logos, signature images, and stamps you upload must be assets you own or have the right to use. Do not upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Data accuracy: The accuracy of generated documents depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide. We accept no liability for errors arising from incorrect input data.

The fgdoc.com platform — including its design, source code, document templates, user interface, and all associated content created by us — is owned by fgdoc.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our express written permission.

The content you create using fgdoc.com (your documents, client data, and product information) belongs to you. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your content to us.

• "As is" service: fgdoc.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Document accuracy: We are a document generation tool. The correctness, completeness, and legal compliance of generated documents depend entirely on the data you provide. We make no warranties regarding the suitability of any document for any specific regulatory, customs, or legal purpose.
• No consequential liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, fgdoc.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Liability cap: In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current membership period.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or government actions.

• By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@fgdoc.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of unused membership time unless required by applicable law.
• By us — for cause: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform in a manner that harms other users or the platform itself.
• By us — for convenience: We may close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, with reasonable advance notice by email.
• Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained briefly in accordance with our Privacy Policy before being deleted.
• Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive the termination of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members by email with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of fgdoc.com after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform before they take effect.
